No surprises is the product.
Most small businesses have been burned by a web project before. So here is our whole process, written down: fixed price, written scope, a real launch date, and nothing goes live until you've approved it.
06
Your live site sits on main. We work on a branch. It merges only after you approve.
Intro
A short call. What you need, what it should cost, and whether we're the right fit. No unpaid custom proposals: if it needs real scoping, that's a Blueprint.
You get: a straight answer and a ballpark.
Blueprint
One or two working sessions, then a written scope, screen sketches, a fixed quote and a timeline. Credited 100% toward the build.
You get: a document you keep either way.
Build on a development branch
Deposit in, work starts. Everything is built on a separate development branch with its own private preview link. Your live site is never touched while we work.
You get: a preview link from week one.
You review
You click through the real thing on the preview link. Changes get made on the branch. Nothing moves forward until you approve it.
You get: the final say, every time.
Launch
We merge the approved branch, go live, check speed, forms, analytics and SSL, and hand over every login.
You get: your domain, your content, your keys.
Care
We host it, back it up, keep it updated and monitored, and make small edits. Software and AI systems run on Ops plans.
You get: a team that picks up the phone.
Locked down by default. Explained in plain English.
Every site gets SSL. Backups run every day and we test that they actually restore. Only the people who need access get it, each with their own login, and logins go away when someone leaves. Forms are protected from spam. We watch uptime and hear about problems before you do. You can see every account and every key.
